A New Year Commences

We gathered together on Wednesday for our first meeting for this year. Everyone was glad to see each other and we had lots to say. With the help of the others, Donna was able to get through her 1st meeting as the new secretary. Our highlight for the evening was centred around our competition "Christmas relived". Each of us brought along and a treasured Christmas gift that we received. Gifts ranged from baths salts to blood pressure machines, personalised pencil cases to kitched aids. And thanks to Kerry we had a gorgeous sponge cake to eat while we checked each others pressies out. March 21st is the date of our next meeting. Remember to bring along your entry into the Group creative arts exhibition plus $3 donation toward supper. Money is going to the donkey shelter group.
