Hurstbridge C.W.A.

Hurstbridge C.W.A is a small group of active women who meet on the third Wednesday of each month. We discuss such things as women's issues, share craft ideas and exchange bakery tips. A large part of our time is dedicated to raising funds for charity. We hope you enjoy reading our Blogs and visit often.

Wattle Festival

It was Hurstbridge's annual "Wattle Festival" last weekend and Hurstbridge branch had a display of the craft and bakery we do at CWA. We also had a trade table full of homemade goodies to sell to the public and a static display of the activities and events CWA get up to. After the visitors had finished they had the opportunity to taste out fantastic CWA scones with their Devonshire tea. Thanks to Joyce the scones kept coming until 4.30 when we had to close shop and take down all the displays. It was a very tiring day but thanks to everyone, a very sussessful day. Can't wait till next year!

Do you like our photos of our craft and small goods?
